Assessment:

-There will be 3 exams each worth one-thrid of the final grade. The exams will be as follows.

Monday, June 13 – Sections 1, 2, 3

Friday June 22 – Sections 4, 5, 6, 7

Friday, July 1 – Sections 8, 9, 10, 11

Brief Description of Course:

The content of this course is focused on the application of the skeletal and neuromuscular systems to human movement. Additionally, arthrology and basic mechanical principles will be considered. Special attention to the attachments and actions of the skeletal muscles will occur throughout the semester.

Final Grade: Letter grades will be assigned based on the following percentages.

92.5-100% A

89.5-92.4% A-

86.5-89.4% B+

82.5-86.4% B

79.5-82.4% B-

76.5-79.4% C+

72.5-76.4% C

69.5-72.4% C-

59:5 – 69:4 D
