APPLICATION PROCESSStep 1: Register for the HR Circle of Excellence Awards 2019 by sending across a duly filled, signed and stamped copy of the Declaration Form to our official awards mailbox – hrawards@ihrm.or.ke. You may also reach out to this email address for any clarifications.Step 2: Request the IHRM team for an invoice for the categories you have applied for. All applicants will need to make a one - time application fee of:Large-scale organizations and companies - Kshs. 100,000/- + Govt. taxes. Medium scale organizations and companies – Kshs. 80,000/- + Govt. taxes.Academic institutions - Kshs. 60,000/- + Govt. taxes.SMEs - Kshs. 40,000/- + Govt. taxes.Individual categories - Kshs. 10,000/- + Govt. taxes.This standard fee is non-refundable and applicable for the number of categories you are applying. There is no restriction on the number of categories an individual or an institution can apply for as long as they meet the required eligibility criteria.Step 3: Download the Application forms for the specific Award category/categories, you wish to apply, from the links below. Fill out the details required for your respective application forms and send it to us at hrwards@ihrm.or.ke. You can also attach supporting documents of maximum 20 pages/slides for a particular award category. These collaterals will be accepted only in the form of PPT, PDF or WORD documents.
