Moved by Loney and seconded by Lee to approve the minutes of the December 28, 2020 Board Meeting. All voting aye.Chairman Underberg opened the meeting up for public concerns. No one was present to speak so the Board continued with their regular meeting.Moved by Pedersen and seconded by Reimers to approve the contract with Shuck-Briston Inc., for environmental study, alternative analysis, and hydraulic analysis for potential Murray Bridge Replacement. All voting aye. Moved by Lee and seconded by Loney to enter into contract with Ahlers & Cooney, P.C. All voting aye.Moved by Lee and seconded by Reimers to designate the Humboldt Independent as the official county newspaper for calendar year 2021. All voting aye. Moved by Reimers and seconded by Pedersen to set the mileage rate for county employees while conducting county business effective July 1, 2021 (the 2021-2022 fiscal year) at 55 cents per mile.
