TARGET NATURAL GUIDE

If it's one thing I've learned from working with people it's how much they like convenience and to find products at budget friendly prices. Well, Target hits all those marks and then some!

I've listed products from Target that meet my criteria for natural and organic. everything from food, beauty, baby and home.

Obviously some products will differ at each Target. I'll be updating this list as I find new favorites.

FOOD

KITE HILL NON-DAIRY YOGURT- Great option for those who can't do dairy. The best one in my opinion is the unsweetened version because you avoid the cane sugar. You could sweeten it yourself with some stevia, maple syrup, or honey.

ONCE UPON A FARM PACKS- These organic pureed food pouches are great for babies or kids and even for adults. Especially good for on the go! They have different stages for babies and even smoothie options now. I love that they're refrigerated and cold pressed to lock in nutrients. Find them in the refrigeration section.

PERFECT BARS- These are a great meal replacement bar or even a snack if your really hungry. They also have kid's bars now too! Find them in the refrigeration section.

ORGANIC GIRL SPINACH SALAD PACKS- These organic salad packs are so convenient and easy to add to any meal. Find them in refrigeration section.

ORGANIC HARMLESS HARVEST COCONUT WATER- This is the best tasting Coconut water I've tried! It helps keep your body hydrated with natural electrolytes. It's also fair trade certified. Find them in refrigeration section.

CHAMELEON ORGANIC BLACK COFFEE COLD BREW- This cold brew is amazing and such a steal at Target. My hub's favorite cold brew. Find them in refrigeration section.

ADAM'S ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER- Peanuts are heavily sprayed with pesticides so it's important to buy organic! Bonus, Adam's Peanut Butter comes in glass. Find this in the bread aisle.



SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER- This peanut butter is organic but does come in plastic but it is a great deal. There are a couple different options. You can get the no stir kind but just know it does have cane sugar and palm oil in it. The other option you have to stir yourself but just contains organic roasted peanuts. Find this in the bread aisle.

BRAGG'S ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGAR- This apple cider is in a league of it's own and has been praised for years for it's healing properties. So cool it's at Target!

SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC KETCHUP- This ketchup is both organic and budget friendly. There is still organic cane sugar in it. But I give it two thumbs up for not having corn syrup! If you want a sugar free ketchup in a glass bottle, check out Primal Kitchens- so good but not available at Target. :)

SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC MUSTARD- This mustard hits all the marks. I recently had realized the organic mustard I had been buying had sugar?! I get that most ketchups have sugar but I don't think there is a need for sugar in mustard.

SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC SALSA- Love these salsas! They come in glass and are organic and don't have any weird additives.

VITA COCO ORGANIC COCONUT OIL- Love this coconut oil because it's unrefined which means it contains all the nutrients and high heat hasn't been used on it or chemicals.

SPECTRUM ORGANIC COCONUT OIL- Great for cooking at higher temperatures since it's expeller pressed, meaning it's better for cooking at higher smoke points than raw or unrefined coconut oil.

CHOSEN FOODS AVOCADO OIL- Love this oil because it's cold pressed and naturally refined- meaning there are no chemicals or solvents used in the process. It has a high smoke point too which makes it great for cooking.

BOB'S RED MILL ALMOND FLOUR- This is a great substitute for baking. Naturally gluten free and grain free.

WHOLESOME ORGANIC COCONUT SUGAR- This is great substitute instead of white sugar. It is made from the tropical coconut palm tree. Simply Balanced also has an organic coconut sugar too.



SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC FLAXSEED- Great for so many recipes, and for a flax egg.

SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC CHIA SEEDS- Great for chia puddings in smoothies and more.

ENJOY LIFE CHOCOLATE CHIPS- These chocolate chips are free from the most common allergens. Dairy, gluten, soy, peanuts, and eggs.

SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC FROZEN FRUIT- Love having organic frozen fruit on hand for smoothies or recipes or just to munch on.

TRADITIONAL MEDICINAL TEAS- Love these teas, they're organic, non-gmo and have the highest quality, pharmacopoeia grade herbs.

SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC MAPLE SYRUP- having organic maple syrup is a must in our house! This one not only comes in glass but also is organic.

PURELY ELIZABETH GRANOLA- Love this gluten free granola. Sweetened with coconut sugar and contains good protein and fiber. The Chocolate Sea Salt is so good!

ARCHER FARMS ORGANIC AND FAIR TRADE COFFEE- I love that this coffee is both organic and fair trade- two things I look for when buying coffee. This one is also so inexpensive! They even have an organic espresso too.

NATURAL UNBLEACHED COFFEE FILTERS- These coffee filters aren't bleached so you don't have to worry about the chemicals going into your coffee cup.

SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC DRIED FRUIT- Great snack to have around!

MADE IN NATURE DRIED FRUIT- Another great brand that offers organic dried fruit.

SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC APPLESAUCE PACKS- Great on the go snack for kids!

ANNIE'S ORGANIC FRUIT SNACKS- These are a fun treat I give my kids.

JUSTIN'S ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER CUPS- These are a nice treat that are organic.

SPINDRIFT SPARKLING FRUIT INFUSED WATER- A great option for a drink with bubbles but without the weird additives. It's just fruit sweetened.



SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC MARINARA SAUCE- Such a great pasta sauce! Minimal ingredients, organic and budget friendly.

SIMPLY BALANCED ORGANIC RAISINS- These can come in a larger bag or individual sizes- which are nice for travel with kids.

KITCHEN

LODGE CAST IRON PAN- This is the cast iron pan I have and love. So inexpensive and you don't have to worry about crazy chemicals leaching into your food.

CONTIGO TRAVEL COFFEE CUPS AND WATER BOTTLES- They have glass options and stainless steel options. Just stay away from plastic!

PYREX GLASS CONTAINERS- I have so many of these and can't have enough! I use them for storing my food in. They are glass and not plastic. Plastic can leach into food and cause so many problems in the body. Stick to glass! I use these in the freezer and fridge.

MASON JARS- I have so many mason jars too. From drinking out of, storing food- so much. Plus, they look pretty chic!

HOUSEHOLD

SEVENTH GENERATION TOILET PAPER- Made with recycled materials that aren't bleached.

HYLAND HOMEOPATHIC COLD N COUGH- A homeopathic children's Cold N' Cough Liquid that is dye free and sugar free. Always consult your physician.

MOMMY BLISS COUGH SYRUP- A cough syrup that is dye free and filled with herbs to soothe coughs babies 4+ months and older. Always consult your physician. Arnica Homeopathic Gel- Helps to lessen bruising to trauma areas. Muscle pain and stiffness. Always consult your physician.

HYLAND'S BABY ORAL PAIN RELIEF- We used this homeopathic remedy when our girl's were teething and it worked great. Always, consult your physician.
