We hope you are doing well and staying positive as we all ...

[Pages:1]We hope you are doing well and staying positive as we all navigate through this COVID-19 situation. We know how hard you and your dancers have all worked to prepare for this year's competition season and we are excited to share our game plan for getting these dancers on stage and performing their routines. We are saddened that we had to postpone our Spring Fling event and now we also have to postpone our Dixie Jam GYMNASIUM competition that was originally scheduled on March 27-28th at Dixie State University. We have been working very hard with the venues to reschedule these events and although this will be a different scenario than what we all are used to, we can still create a positive and exciting experience for our dancers!!!

We have come up with two options for you:

(If we are able to hold events in April) Spring Fling competition will be held on the same weekend as The Concert - April 24th, 25th at Juan Diego High School. We will expand this competition to run 3 days, starting after school on April 23rd and it will continue after school on Friday, April 24th thru Saturday, April 25th. If you registered for Spring Fling and are unable to attend on April 23-25th, then we will also be holding a competition on July 17-18th Juan Diego HS.

Dixie Jam Gymnasium Competition will be combined with the Dixie Jam Stage competition ? April 17th-18th at Dixie High School. We will also expand this competition to run 3 days, starting after school on April 16th and it will continue after school on Friday, April 17th thru Saturday, April 18th. If you registered for Dixie Jam Gymnasium competition and are unable to attend on April 16-18th, then we will also be holding a competition at Dixie State University on June 27th.

The June and July dates are confirmed with the venues. So, if we hold the April competitions and you're unable to attend, you will have the option of attending the other dates we've secured. Also, if our events scheduled for April end up having to be postponed (due to the COVID-19 state and federal guidelines), then we will update you on when our Dixie Jam Stage competition will be rescheduled for, but all our other competitions will move forward as planned for June 27th at Dixie State University and July 17-18th at Juan Diego High School.

Thank you for all your positivity and understanding. Change is always hard, but it can also be a wonderful time to pull together and make things even better than ever!! NOTE ? This game plan moving forward will be ultimately be subject to the Center of Disease Control and any State and Federal mandates imposed.

We will keep you posted as we receive more information. Also, please let us know by replying to this email if there are any additional email addresses I should add to the correspondence. WE CARE ABOUT YOU!! We appreciate you!!
