HP Printing just got easier...Receive a HP Slate 7 when you spend $5,000 or more on HP LaserJet Printers with CDW

When an Eligible Customer buys a minimum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) of Qualifying HP LaserJet Printers in a single order during the Promotion Period for delivery and use outside of Quebec (a "Qualifying Purchase"), the Eligible Customer will receive a HP Slate 7 Tablet at no additional charge from CDW, while supplies last (collectively, the "Promotion"). The Promotion is not offered in Quebec.

The total quantity of HP Slate 7 Tablets available in this Promotion is limited to fifty (50). There is a limit of one (1) HP Slate 7 Tablet per Eligible Customer making a Qualifying Purchase. Separate orders of less than five thousand dollars ($5,000) of Qualifying HP LaserJet Printers that when combined total five thousand dollars ($5,000) or more of Qualifying HP LaserJet Printers will not qualify for the Promotion. CDW has the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in place of a HP Slate 7 Tablet in its sole discretion. The HP Slate 7 Tablets are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and do not include any ancillary services whatsoever.

Within fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotion Period, the Eligible Customers that will be receiving a HP Slate 7 Tablet will be notified by CDW by phone and/or e-mail using the contact information on record with CDW. The HP Slate 7 Tablet will be delivered to each such Eligible Customer making a Qualifying Purchase within six (6) weeks following the end of the Promotion Period. CDW is not responsible for any damage to or loss of the HP Slate 7 Tablet that may occur as a result of, or in the course of delivery, including whether or not delivery is made within six (6) weeks. CDW is not responsible for any damage to or loss of the HP Slate 7 Tablet that may occur after the HP Slate 7 Tablet is delivered.

"CDW" means CDW Canada Inc.

"Eligible Customer" means (a) a company that is incorporated and validly subsisting at either the provincial or federal level in Canada; (b) a partnership duly registered within a province in Canada; or (c) a sole proprietorship operating in Canada. Any entity that is prohibited by any law, regulation or policy from participating in the Promotion or accepting a HP Slate 7 Tablet is not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a HP Slate 7 Tablet. CDW, its parent, affiliated and related companies and their agents, HP Slate 7Tablet providers, promotional and advertising agencies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

"HP Slate 7 Tablet" means a HP Slate 7 2800 tablet - Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) - 8 GB - 7" (CDW Part: 2876375) with an approximate retail value of $229.30.

"Promotion Period" means 12:00AM ET on November 28, 2013 to the earlier of 12:00PM ET on December 31, 2013 and the time and date on which there are no further HP Slate 7 Tablets available for the Promotion.

"Qualifying HP LaserJet Printers" means the following:
