CO-SIGNER AGREEMENT

I, ____________________ understand that 1 will be required to meet all financial obligations, which includes but is not limited to: rent, late fees, and damages in excess of the security deposit if my co-signer(s) fail(s) to pay, as agreed in this lease agreement.

Landlord will give me written notice of delinquent payments which I agree to pay within fifteen (15) days of such notice. If payments are not received within fifteen days, Landlord will begin the process to receive a court judgment showing the amount of money Tenant owes. Landlord will place a money claim or lien on the co-signers real estate in the amount of the court judgment.

Approved co-signer names will stay on the lease during renewal periods.
