This will count as 50 points toward you math grade.

Happy spending,

Mr. Mann

1. _____ Put $50,000 in a savings account

2. _____ Put $125,000 away for college

3. _____ Take your whole family on a vacation. Remember to include transportation, hotels, meals, and spending money

6. _____ You will also need to get enough food to eat for a month.

7. _____ You may only purchase up to four of the big ticket items (over $2,000).

8. _____ Create and use a spreadsheet (Provided) to total up your expenses. Your spreadsheet must have each item you want to purchase along with the unit price. There must be a column showing your grand total. You are allowed to round the cost of each item but you need to have accurate prices. You are not allowed to make up the prices. Do not use bidding websites (Ebay) because they are not accurate prices.

9. _____ Present your project and discuss your expenses to the class.

10. _____ You will need to turn in a sheet showing all of your equations. You may add until you get to 1 million or subtract each item from 1 million. You must have at least 10 equations with labels next to each number (Just like the Batman activity)
