1 Launch Intel Technology Provider in your web browser

Click on the Enter OWS button to

open the log in page

3 Click Forgot your Password?

4 Enter your Login ID and click Continue

5 If you would like to have a temporary password sent to you, click Have it e-mailed. To create a new password immediately, click Create a new Password

Note:

If you create a new password you will need to answer the security question as you did during initial registration

6 If you have chosen Have it e-mailed, you will receive a temporary password in your registered e-mail address. Login using your Login ID and the temporary password, you will be requested to assign a new permanent password

7 If you have opted for Create a new password, you will need to answer the security question and assign yourself a new password. Click Save when done

8 Login as normal using your Login ID and neww password in the future

The arrival of notification e-mails might vary based on network performance. If you fail to receive your temporary password after 2 business days, kindly check with the support team.
