i-Ready at Home Logging In

1. Access i-Ready. You can access the link by going to the Daniels Run Elementary School website. a) Scroll down and click on Websites for Students from the menu on the left.

b) Then click on General.

c) Next, click on i-Ready (the second link).

2) Next, your child will log-in to i-Ready using his or her FCPS username and password. Remember, this information is confidential. Then your child will click on the Login button.

Students should always log-in via the FCPS Access Manager. Do not log in through the following screen:

Accessing Lessons 1) Once your child has logged into i-Ready, your child can then take lessons in

either Reading or Math. Your child can click on either Math or Reading icons in the top left corner of the screen.

2) After selecting the subject, click on the green square in the center of the screen to start or resume a lesson.

3) Then your child can work on a lesson. Encourage your child to take the questions seriously. Accessing Your Child's Results in "My Progress"

1) Click on the subject you want (Math or Reading). Then click on the "My Progress" box located on the top right corner of the home screen in i-Ready.

2) You will see a graph showing the number of lessons completed for Math or Reading.

Also, you will see domains listed for Math or Reading. You will see a list of the following domains for Math: Numbers and Operations, Algebra and Algebraic Thinking, Measurement and Data, and Geometry. You will see a list of the following domains for Reading: Phonological Awareness, Phonics, High Frequency Words, and Vocabulary Comprehension. In addition, you will notice how many lessons your child completed for each domain.

3) You can click on attempted domains for a breakdown of scores for each lesson completed.
