TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING

The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991

Kent County Council gives notice that part of Bramling Road, Bramling remains closed to through traffic, because it is in an unsafe condition following serious damage to the carriageway caused by a fallen tree.

Bramling Road is closed from the junction with A257 Canterbury Road southwards to where Bramling Road divides.

The alternative route is via A257 Canterbury Road, High Street (Wingham), B2046 Adisham Road, Station Road (Adisham), Adisham Downs Road and Bramling Road.

The closure is necessary to enable Kent County Council to carry out emergency carriageway repairs.

This Notice applies from 20 February 2014, when the relevant signs and barriers are on site, and is valid for a period of up to 21 days.
