PowerPoint Document ChecklistThe following checklist should be used by FEMA staff, contractors, students, or other individuals working on behalf of EMI and FEMA to verify that PowerPoint presentations meet the requirements established by DHS/FEMA. ??IDDocument PreconditionsCheck file format: The document is a MS PowerPoint file with a filename extension of *. pptx.Check editing restrictions: There are no editing restrictions or password set for this document.?IDDocument Properties The document author is FEMA.The document company is FEMA.The document filename/title identifies the document or describes the purpose of the contents.IDDocument FormattingThe document utilizes the built-in slide layouts or Master Slide Layout.The logical tab/reading order has been set using the Selection Pane (Slide Master) and matches the visual reading order.All slide text (meaningful content in placeholders) can be viewed in Outline View.
