Important notes:

• University semesters in Australia / New Zealand are February – July for semester 1, and July – end of November for semester 2. Note that UCD Agriculture and Food Science students can only apply to study abroad in Australia / New Zealand in semester 1 of stage 3 at UCD (semester 2 in Australia / New Zealand).

• U.S. University semesters are ~20 August~20 December for semester 1, ~10 January~10 May for semester 2.

UCD Centre for Agriculture & Food Science by no later than 16.30 hrs on Monday, 27th November 2017.

• You must have completed step one of the application (online) as well as submitting this hardcopy application, complete with signatures, in order to be deemed a fully completed application.

• You may copy page 4 of this application form (Possible Substitute Courses in international institution) as many times as necessary, to reflect the number of preferences you have selected in step one of your application.

On the attached sheets, replace the modules you will miss at UCD with the best suitable modules offered at your preferred host universities.

Note that host universities will NOT be in a position to find best suitable modules for you. You need to agree best suitable modules with your programme option co-ordinator. You will find relevant information the relevant information and course catalogues via the links listed below.
