Example Games, Role plays, comedy and other interesting activities like songs., folding paper. Example of tongue twister She sell sea shells on the sea show. Peter paper picked a pecks paper ,does peter piper picked a peck of paper peter piper pickles?Red long yellow lorry.Avoid anxiety- don’t afraid or hesitate when you are speaking English.Tolerance to error-it’s doesn’t matter how much a learner make mistake.Use of event and techniques –find the story and event which is familiar to the learners. example race tribes port, floods etc to enrich the language skillsPrinciple of teaching English language to children .The ability to understand –children understand basic meaning from their native language. Foreign language is acquire lake native language. Teacher should use picture, gestures ,puppet and mining .The use of game and movement – teacher should find the activities which can help children to discovery. Example games which help all children to participate .Indirect meaning- children they learning by imitate the different activities in daily routine . In this manner they learning a lot of vocabularies .Develop imagination- tell the story which focus or imaginary with their environment or daily routine because children works with story or songs. Activation of all sense- when children learning must use the all sense like skin, eye, noise, ear and tongue in order to keep memories.Alternating activities- children concentration for short time so you suppose to change activities as you can. Strengthening – children gain self-confidence through repetition . They suppose to repeating several times.Individual approach-teacher should help children individually in order understand the meaning.Key factors to consider when preparing for teaching.Listen you self.- teacher must ask and answer him or herself questions as guide line to the thing which he or she want to teach.(task ahead) and initial to make preparation.Listen to others- teacher should listen other teacher or others student to listen their views and their opinion about preparation of lesson. Consider way to explain without words –as teacher find the activities and clues and pictures which can use in order to student to understand the meaning without words.Techniques and strategies of teaching English speakingImportating of teaching speaking.It importance skills in student life.It express idea, pinion, feelings to other.It persuades , entertain others.Correct pronunciation to studentTo increase vocabulary items .To improve ability of speaking. Speaking is use of verbal language to communicating with other which increase social relationship.English speaking techniques is the way of carrying out the lesson in order to insure effective speaking. example role play, dialogue, games ,drama etc.English strategy –are plan that attended to achieve English lesson.The following is the procedure to use techniques of dialogue when you teach speaking.Introduce situation.Read out both parts.Have a class to repeat all line.Read part A and class read part B.One side of class read part A and other side read part B.Divide the class in to two parts Several parts come in front and act out the dialogue.Teacher choose the sub situation like market, hospital.Games is the form of play govern by certain rules or conventions.The following is thr procedure to use techniques of Games when you teach speaking.Choose the game carefully which will be suitable in their age and interest.Explain game carefully in mother tongue if necessary.Give the student example or trial about that game.Involve many student as possible.If game play in pair give marks for side do well example side A and B.Types of games.Guessing games. Example , What is in the box? Learner reply :It is a………Sentence building games. Example : I went to the market and bought tomato and banana and potato and……………………………..The building sentence can played with pictures and clues.Use learning through patterns in teaching English speaking.Grammar is the set of structure rules governing the composition of clause ,pharses, and word in any given natural language.OrIs the study rules of language.Grammar include study of :-Tense.Part of speech.ArticlesComperative and superlative.Active and passive voice.Direct and indirect speech.The following is the procedure of creating group discussion Forming a group 5 or 6 student.Select group leader.The role of teachersSelect activities carefull. Present the activities to the class.Minitor the student performance.Provide feedback.Keep record.Vocabulary Is the set of words in language that are familiar to the particular person. The following are aspect of word knowledge Recognizing it in spoken and written form.Keeping a memory .Conceptual knowledge ie related to the object.Grammatical knowledge .Pronounce the word correctly.Spell it correctly.Use iti in the appropriate level. The following is the techniques of teaching vocabulary.Using the techniques of drawing and label picture.Things we consider when prepared drawing :-Drawing should be clear.Line should point clear to the part intended.The draw should be new.Advantage of drawing and labeling techniques.Help teacher to know if student understand the vocabulary.Help student to memorize ie to keep memory.It motivate and give student attention.It good way to teaching preposition and comparative words.Disadvantage of drawing and labeling.It very hard to expressing the words like abstract ones.It time consuming .Use crossing word that do not below to the group .Example. cat ,Dog, Stone,Cow.This techiniques is used also to teach Nouns Example proper nouns and common nouns. In the class teacher can use the following drill:-Chain drillPair drill.Question and answer drill.Use completing sentence techniques.Example : I love dogs and I………………cats(a)love (b) play (c) hate (d) see (e) sleep.The answer above is “A” i.e. simply because of implication of coordinator “and” in question.N.B conjunction can be as clues.Types of sentences The standard multi-word gap fill.Crossword puzzles . it uses to teach Tense, improve vocabulary.Multiple choice question- This has Stem, Key and Distracters Example: Blue is a……(a) food (b) number (c) color (d) car. -blue is a =stem.-(c) color =key-food, number and car =distracters Read passage and answer the question from contexts.Use guessing words and from the context techniques.Contextual guessing is the technique of finding the meaning word by using the paragraph. Ie paragraph through this we get “context clues” context clues is the words or phases that build around the difficult word in a sentence to help reader to understand the new words. Types of contextual cluesCause and effect.Example: The door was jar,so the dog got out of the house.Opposite or contrast.Exampla : Even though I studied for hour,I flunked the test.( clues are Even though and the test) General sense.This is general organization of sentences and its element like subject, verb element and the object ie Actor, Action and Recipient.Example: They are playing football.Synonyms or paraphrases (similanty)Example .Example: The Hippo like other wild animals, are very antisocial. The following are the strategies for getting the meaning of unknown words.Reading strategiesPreviewing i.e. heading, section and photos.Skimming and scanning . Guessing from the context .use clues and ideas.Paraphrasing The following are advantage of contextual guessing.Help teacher to teach new word to student.Student get the meaning without dictionary .Motivate student.Enrich student vocabulary through reading.The disadvantage of contextual guessing.It can be monotonous to student if they fail to guessing the correct word.(if the don’t know how to guessing) ................
