Emergency Rental/Utility Assistance Program (ERAP)

WERE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AFFECTED BY COVID-19 AND BEHIND ON RENT OR UTILITIES? IF SO, YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR

ASSISTANCE.

The goal of the program is to provide ELIGIBLE families and individuals financial assistance for rent and utilities including:

rent

rental arrears

utilities and home energy costs

utility and home energy costs arrears

and other expenses related to housing

All assistance requested must be related to COVID-19 issues.

***Example of Income eligibility: 80% Average Median Income for 4 in household-$51,900

*** Applications will be prioritized by 30%, 50% and 80% Average Median Income Contact ICCAP for more information.

Apply on ?line on COMPASS (pass.state.pa.us). For those who do not have access to a computer, you can make an appointment with ICCAP to use their computers or ask them for assistance.
