We are able to accommodate any style of wedding from sit down dining with matching wines to stand up functions with a delicious selection of canap?s.

OUR Wedding OPTIONS

We are excited to be sharing our beautiful environment, delicious food, warm and caring hospitality and our extensive drink selections with you.

In order to make your event truly your own and perfect for your requirements you have four important decisions to make:

? In which space do you wish to hold your event ? ? Would you prefer stand up or sit down?

? Which menu option is most appropriate for the style of event you are hosting and your budget?

Which delicious things do you wish to eat?

OUR FABULOUS SPACES

We have four marvelous areas in which you can hold your event:

AQUA AQUA LUXURY PENTHOUSES

Boasting the most stunning view in the bay, the Aqua Aqua penthouses are truly luxurious.

The opportunities the penthouses offer are extensive. The penthouses are available to host a number of events with intimate dinner parties of up to 30 people catered for by The

Vinyard. We can also accommodate small stand up events for up to 40

people **within a 2 night stay package.

THE BAR

The bar lends itself to a casual stand up, socialising atmosphere.

If you wish to begin your reception with drinks in the bar Or invite your guests to relax pre-reception while your photos

are completed, we can organise canap? platters to suit.

THE DINING ROOM AND TERRACE

Our magnificent balcony boasts some of the finest views in Hervey Bay. The Vinyard terrace is the talk of the town.

Overlooking the pristine and moody bay, the romantic Urangan Pier and of course Fraser Island.

On the terrace we are able to host stand up parties of up to 100 people and sit down functions of up to 60.

THE ROOFTOP GARDEN

Our rooftop garden is truly breathtaking. With commanding views across the bay and the Incredible glass edged pool overlooking Fraser Island. The rooftop is available for the exclusive use of all staying

guests and gives the Wow factor you deserve. This sublime space must be seen to be believed.

THE VINYARD BOUTIQUE WEDDING PACKAGES

Please inform our events manager, of what you would like and we can design a wedding to suit you !

Our venue suits the intimate and boutique wedding with our packages quoted for 50 guests. Extra guests are welcome at additional charge.

All of our packages include a minimum 2 night booking of both the Aqua Aqua Luxury Penthouses Also. . .

All white linen for tables provided Stylish outdoor heaters(when required)

Cake & present tables (if required) Available to play your special music selection
