Primary Job responsibilities will include:

1. Gathers and defines business requirements

2. Captures the requirements in use case models, use cases and supplementary specifications

3. Performs technical architecture assessment and establishes recommendations.

4. Performs application assessment and establishes recommendations

5. Performs onsite requirements definition and analysis in close collaboration with users.

6. Interviews users, stakeholders, and process experts to synthesize as-is and to-be business models.

7. Develop requirements specifications, models business processes, and designs technical solutions consistent with internal and external architecture guidance.

8. Develops and maintains a working relationship with the client.

9. Composes detail analysis and documents flows and concepts.

10. Uses communication (oral and written), presentation, and authoring skills.

11. Writes use cases.

12. Interprets business requirements and generates functional design documentation.

13. Work to prioritize requests, communicate time estimates, level-of-effort estimates, and level of complexity.

14. Must be able to travel.

15. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Candidate’s resume should show the following minimum requirements in order to be considered:

Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

Specific Experience:

1. 2-3 years with Microsoft Visio

2. 3-5 years with Microsoft Office

3. 2-5 years with Microsoft Project

4. 1-2 years with SQL Server

Specific Working Knowledge or Skills:

1. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

2. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

3. Knowledge of life cycle management or previous experience.

4. Experience at system integration and working with integration technologies.

5. Experience working with end-users to debug and resolve a variety of technical issue.

6. Strong understanding of SQL and Relational Databases.

7. Strong attention to detail.

8. Excellent organizational skills.

9. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively while maintaining workflow and being flexible.

10. Knowledge and understanding of commercial operating principles, practices, and procedures within area of business specialty.

11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

12. Excellent interpersonal skills.

13. Highly organized; time management and attention to detail a must.

14. Solid analytical and problem solving skills.

15. Experience with gathering and synthesizing business requirements.

16. Ability to implement and follow processes and procedures.
