SPRING ASSEMBLE MY POOL

Includes assembly and installation of accessories disassembled in the fall. Spring assembly does NOT include

vacuuming of pool or adding chemicals. This service includes start-up of filter IF the pool is full of water at the

time of spring assembly. If an additional call is necessary to start the pool, a service call will be charged. Pool

heater will be started at the serviceman¡¯s discretion. An additional charge will be made for multiple filter or

heater installations For liability reasons, we will NOT handle any diving boards or slides.

Please note: if cover has water and/or leaves on the surface, an additional $45 will be charged per half hour. Covers

stored at Barto Pool & Spa to be picked up by the customer if we do not winterize your pool. Custom covers with

raised walls, waterfalls, etc. will incur an additional charge of $25-$75. Please contact our office with any questions.

EMPTY AND CLEAN POOL

Includes complete pumping of water, removal of debris and complete washing of pool surface with a cleaning

solution. Any stains and/or discolorations not removed by the cleaning process will be considered part of the

pool coating. Should any local permits be necessary for the pumping of water, securing the same will be the

customer¡¯s responsibility. NOTE: If there is an excessive amount of debris, there will be an additional charge.

Three bags of leaves and debris is considered normal. More than this is considered excessive and a charge will

be made accordingly. Customer is to provide drainage facilities within 100 feet of the deep end of the pool. It will

be the customer¡¯s responsibility to install relief plugs and fill the pool, unless the pool is to be filled immediately.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: ONE HALF OF THE TOTAL CONTRACT

MUST ACCOMPANY SIGNED WORK ORDER.

We will make every effort to complete the work as close to

the contract date as possible. Work is scheduled on a firstcome, first-served basis. We can assume no responsibility for

delays beyond our control. You will be called at least one day

prior to scheduled date. Any additional repairs or replacement

parts necessary will be billed in additional to contracted work.

Due to local ordinances and prevailing insurance codes, all

electrical maintenance and repairs must be done by a licensed

electrician. Arrangements for disconnecting and reconnecting

the source of fuel to pool heater or power to the filter is the

customer¡¯s responsibility. Remaining payment for all services

and supplies is due upon completion of work. Acceptance of

this work order indicates customer¡¯s agreement to our payment

terms. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all

outstanding balances over 30 days. Should the account have to

go to collections the customer is responsible for any and all legal

costs, cost of collections and any other costs resulting from the

collection process. We will exercise every reasonable caution to

prevent water damage but cannot be responsible for damage to

property. We reserve the right to impose small surcharge (fuel,

regulation compliance, etc.) for unforeseen cost increases.

INCLUDING DEPOSIT. NO PREFERENCE OF DATE CAN BE GIVEN IF

YOUR DEPOSIT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY APRIL 15, 2019.
