Uninstall and Reinstall Citrix Workspace App

Below are requirements for using a personal PC to remotely access CHKD resources: ? Updated Anti-Virus ? Windows 10, Fully Patched ? MAC OS High Sierra 10.13 or higher ? Firewall Enabled on Modem/Router ? Wireless Must Be WPA/WPA2 With Password ? No Public Computers (Library Etc.) ? No Printing or Copying Files ? If you are a Windows 10 user please use the Internet Explorer Browser for this process. ? If you are an Apple Mac OS user please use the Google Chrome web browser for this process.

Step 1 Go to and click on Employees

Step 2 ? Clean Up - If you are using an Apple MAC Computer, please skip this step and go directly to Step 3 - If you are using a PC with Windows 10, continue onto and scroll

down to CHKD Downloads

Next click on Citrix Receiver Removal Tool and select RUN when prompted by Internet Explorer.

Follow the onscreen instructions when the command tool launches. After running the Citrix Receiver Removal Tool, Reboot your PC (this is a very important step).

Step 3 ? Citrix Workspace Download

Now go to the Citrix Homepage and download the Citrix Workspace App here, being sure to select the most current version for your computer's operating system.

These will take you to a direct download of the Citrix Workspace App for your Computer. (See the samples below)

After Downloading, launch and install the application, being sure to agree to the Citrix License Agreement when asked. Reboot your PC once the installation finishes, then Proceed to next step.

Step 4 ? Citrix Workspace Launch the Citrix Workspace App from the Start Menu or right click on the blue Citrix Icon on the taskbar and click Open, and sign into Citrix Workspace with your CHKD Email Address. Click Log On.

You will be asked to choose a Citrix Storefront. Select [Storefront EXT] and then click OK. - Note: Storefront EXT will be available for selection to users working outside of the CHKD network.

Click Continue

You will then be asked to log in with your CHKD domain username and password.

After they complete this step they will receive the "Two Factor Authentication" notification on the smart device. Select "KDStoreAExt".

You should now have access to the applications menus of the CHKD Citrix Storefront within the Citrix Workspace Application.

You can now Go back to the Employee page , and launch the CHKD Extranet by using the CHKD Extranet (2-Factor Authentication) Hyperlink. Log in with your CHKD domain credentials

You will then see all apps that you have permissions to under the Apps button at the top of the page.
