Workstations that need to access application published by Via Christi Health must install Citrix Receiver on their device.

User Requirements:

The following browser and operating system combinations are supported for users to log on to the Via Christi

Installation

From your Windows or Mac computer visit go/receiver to download the latest Receiver client. Once you have downloaded the client, run the install (this will require administrative privileges on your computer). You do not need to enter a server name or email address if prompted.

From your Android or iOS devices download the Citrix Receiver app from the Google Play Store/App Store.

Setup From a Windows or Mac PC you will need to open up your browser and visit one of the following sites depending on which hospital system you are connecting to: a. Wichita users ? b. Manhattan users ? c. Pittsburg users ?

Enter your network username and password here:

Depending on what you have access to you will see 2 or 3 menu items at the top of your screen. Favorites, Desktops, and Apps.

Select the category that you need and then click on the icon you wish to launch.

You can select the Details link of any application or desktop and add it to your favorites. This is similar to how bookmarks work in your browser.

From your Android device launch the Citrix Receiver app.

a. Click on "Get Started". On the following screen type in one of the following

URLs:

Wichita users ?

Manhattan users ?

Pittsburg users ?

Leave

the box unchecked and click on the

arrow to

continue.

b. Type in your username and password and sign on:

c. Select the store that matches your location: Pittsburg users ? VCHP Manhattan users ? VCHM Wichita users ? vchappsm

d. Citrix will open-up to your HOME screen. This is similar to Favorites or Bookmarks:

e. Selecting the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner opens the menu. Select Apps from the following screen:

f. All of your provisioned applications will be listed here. Anything with a gold star will also appear on your HOME screen. You can toggle this off and on by selecting the star.

 From your iOS device launch the Citrix Receiver app. a. Select Add Account to continue:

b. Enter in one of the following URLs based on your location: Wichita users ? Manhattan users ? Pittsburg users ? Leave "Use Smartcard" off and select Next.

c. Enter your username, password and domain based on your location: Wichita users ? via- Manhattan users ? mrhc.via- Pittsburg users ? mtc.via-

d. Select the store that matches your location and Save. Wichita users ? vchappsm Manhattan users ? VCHM Pittsburg users ? VCHP

e. This will open your Citrix home page. From here you can open the app menu on the

left by selecting the green +. Applications can be added to your home screen by selecting the

+ symbol next to it.
