Install the Citrix Receiver for Windows

To install the Citrix Receiver, first login to the MJ Citrix website using your Windows username and password. The instructions below use Internet Explorer. Other web browsers will be similar.

After logging in, you will be prompted to install the Citrix Receiver. Check the `I agree with the...' box then click `Install'.

If using an MJ computer DO NOT CLICK RUN. Click the down arrow next to `Save' and choose `Save as'. Save the file to the `_Program' folder in the root of your C drive. Note: If installing on your personally owned computer, you may click Run instead of saving the file.

Once the download is complete, click `Run'.

You may receive a message that your active sessions will end. If you do, save your work and click `Yes'

Install the Citrix Receiver for Windows

Click `Start' on the `Welcome to Citrix Receiver' page

Check the `I accept the license agreement' box and click `Install'.

The `Initializing' box will appear, then for several seconds, then the `Installing Receiver' box will open.

When the installation is complete, click `Finish'. You will be taken to the Citrix page where you can launch applications.
