Install Intune on Android Devices

Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) secures PHI data and provides mobile device protection by configuring mobile devices in accordance with hospital security policies. It allows you to securely access The University of Kansas Health System applications. If your device is lost or stolen, hospital apps can be removed.

If Intune is already installed on your device, please disregard the following instructions.

Install Comp Portal

Enter Health System Email

Enter Health System Usernam and Password

Allow Access

Activate Device

Install Intune

1. From the Google Play Store, search for and install Intune Company Portal.

2. Open Company Portal app. 3. Tap Sign in. 4. Enter your Health System email address (username@kumc.edu) > Next.

? You will be redirected to the KUMC Central Authentication Services webpage.

5. Enter your Health System userid and password and Login. 6. Tap Begin. 7. Tap Continue > Agree > Continue.

8. Tap Done.

If your device is not compliant with the Health System security policies, you will be prompted to change certain settings i.e., your passcode.

? On Samsung KNOX devices, the first time you access your mailbox you will be prompted to enter your domain and password to activate your account.
