Dallas College Mountain View Campus

Outlook for Home UsersStep 1: Install Microsoft Office 2013. Open Outlook. You should be presented with the following screen. When prompted, hit next.Note: If you have Novell GroupWise installed, uninstall the program first! It will cause conflicts with Outlook 2013 if still installed.Step 2: Click the Next button. We do want Outlook to connect to an email beach.Step 3: Fill in the requested information. The password it wants is your Single Sign On for both NLC computers and Outlook email. Use your alias, ex: 7pchelp@dcccd.edu, not ID, like pch7114@dcccd.edu. We will need to use the ID later on.Step 4: If all of the checkmarks light up green and you see the next screen, we’re almost done! If you do not see the following login box, go back and re-enter your alias and password. If this still doesn’t work, please call (972) 273 – 3339 or email 7pchelp@dcccd.edu for further advice.VERY IMPORTANT!For username on this screen, use your ID @dcccd.edu, ex pch7114@dcccd.edu. By default, it will use your alias. This will not allow you to log on.Once it accepts your password (Note: I’ve found it might take multiple tries) your home Outlook account should be configured! Keep in mind if your password changes here on campus, you will have to re-enter it on your home client as well. ................
