Installing and Configuring the Outlook App Access the app store for your mobile device and search for Microsoft Outlook (a free application). Once you locate the Outlook app, click the Install button; you will need to accept the access terms to proceed, and the download and installation will begin. Once the installation has completed, you may launch the app by clicking Open.

Next, enter your Stetson email address and click Continue. After the account is recognized, you will be prompted to click the Get Started button. Enter your Stetson user name (everything before the @ in your Stetson email address) and network password, then select Sign In.

Once you sign in, you will be presented with a brief tutorial of some of the features of the Outlook app. You will then be directed to your Focused Inbox.

You will now have an Outlook shortcut icon on your home screen and in your Applications folder; click the icon to access your email.

Configuring the Mail Client on your Mobile Device Although the Outlook for Mobile application is the most compatible email client for Office365, you may choose to configure your Stetson email account using your mobile device's mail client instead. To configure Stetson email on your phone using your device's mail client, please use the following settings: - Select Exchange or Corporate Sync type of account - Email Address: USERNAME@law.stetson.edu - Server: m. - Domain: leave this field blank - UserID/Username: USERNAME@ad.stetson.edu - Password: Your Stetson network password Please keep in mind that the configuration process may vary slightly from phone to phone. For example, you may have to choose to Manually Configure your account, or you may not have Exchange available as an account type. For additional assistance, please contact the I.T.
