Computer Assignment 6: Integer Programming

B-Level Assignment:

Set up and solve one of the integer programming problems in the course reading packet. Very clearly write out the problem structure, including the exact definition of the decision variables, the objective function, and the constraints. After you have written out the problem structure, then use Excel to solve the problem.

What to turn in: Turn in the write-up of the problem structure, and stapled to it a printout of the excel spreadsheet for solving the problem. Note clearly on the spreadsheet what is the solution.

Additional Problem #2 in the course packet is a very simple IP problem.

A-Level Assignment:

For the A-level assignment, do a total of three problems, instead of one problem (B-level assignment), and at least one of those problems should be problem 5 or 6 in the additional problems in the course packet. Additional problems 3, 4, 5 in the course packet are all good problems to use.
