SUMMER INTENSIVE THERAPY PROGRAMS

The Casa Colina Children's Services Center offers several Summer Intensive Therapy Programs for children with varying disabilities to work on social, language, and developmental skills. Our programs provide a warm, welcoming environment for kids to achieve new milestones while having fun with peers.

All sessions are staffed by licensed occupational or speech therapists and take place at the Children's Services Center on our Pomona campus. Dates and times are subject to change. We currently offer the following programs:

Video Gaming Social Skills Group

Our Video Gaming Social Skills Group helps kids develop social skills and build friendships within the fun, shared medium of video gaming. Classes are offered Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 ? 2:30 p.m. between the dates of 7/11 and 8/5/22. A three-session minimum is required in order to participate.

Neuro-Developmental Intensive Skills One-to-One Therapy

Our Neuro-Developmental Intensive Skills sessions use the Intensive Model of Therapy to treat children with a broad range of neurological disorders, targeting developmental skills through Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) and other intensive therapies. Kids receive one hour each of physical and/or occupational therapies nearly every day. All sessions are one-on-one with the participating therapist. Parents may sign up their children for as many or as few sessions as they would like. Sessions are held Monday through Friday from 1:00 ? 2:00 p.m. for occupational therapy and Monday through Thursday from 2:00 ? 3:00 p.m. for physical therapy. Sessions are available between the dates of 7/11 and 8/5/22.

Language Intensive Group Speech Sounds

Our Language Intensive - Speech Sounds Group offers intensive daily therapy sessions that focus on increasing speech sounds for kids with developmental delays. Children are seen in a small group format. Sessions are offered Monday through Thursday from 9:00 ? 10:00 a.m. between the dates of 7/11 and 8/4/22.

Language Intensive Group General Language

Our Language Intensive ? General Language Group offers intensive daily therapy sessions targeting language skills for kids with developmental delays. Children are seen in a small group format. Sessions are offered Tuesday through Thursday from 3:30 ? 4:30 p.m. between the dates of 7/12 and 8/4/22.
