• Discovery: When was the disease discovered? By whom?
• Population affected: Who is affected by the disease (gender, ethnicity, etc.)? Write the cause if known.
• Symptoms: How can we tell if someone has the disease? What part(s) of their body is affected?
• Diagnostic testing: What tests can be done to diagnose the disease?
• Treatment: How is the disease treated?
• Interesting Facts: List at least 5 interesting facts about the disorder/disease that was not already discussed.
• Sources: Be sure to list a minimum of 3 sources. Do not copy directly from another source. NO WIKIPEDIA. Include at least one journal article and print and turn in for evidence.
• Creativity /neatness: Final product is neat and creative.
