2nd Presentation – Present a Foreign CountryIn your groups of four, you will record a presentation for 8-10 minutes. You will present as follows:Introduce your group.Introduce your country. (people, culture, famous things to do, some history, why it is an interesting or fun place to study and learn about) – 3 minutesPerform a role-play about that country. Be creative! – 5-7 minutesGive a final greeting.Outline of Presentation #2 (All questions are just examples!)Introduce your countryPeople of the countryCulture of the countryIs there anything famous about this country?Talk about the languages and foodMaybe talk about some history about the countryWhy is this country interestingTalk about wildlife and natureHow can you travel to this country?Perform a role-playYou can do several things for your role-play: traveling role-play, documentary, reality show, visiting friends in that country, cultural exchange program, etc.EVERYONE MUST SPEAKMake it interestingInclude the facts from the reviewOther Important Notes:Your video cannot sound scripted! If it sounds like you are reading from a script, your grade will not be as high. It is ok to prepare what you are going to say, but reading is not speaking. Try your best to make the presentation as natural as possible. If you are late on presentation day, you will be deducted 3 points.Everyone must speak in all parts of the presentation!You should have a PPT! (Make it fun, creative, informative, and interesting!)You can have words on the review sectionYou CANNOT have words on the role-play! That must be memorized.You should record everything in Zoom or another app and upload it to YouTube and send it the link to me as an “Unlisted” video. The deadline for this presentation is November 22, 2020 (for CES 7 and 30) and November 29, 2020 (for CES 4, 14, 18, 22, AND 28), 11:59 p.m. to aarongjones2018@. In the recording, we should be able to see your face. You can show the PPT and your face by using the “Share Screen” function.Progress Report – Show the professor your script for the introduction and role-play (OPTIONAL) ................
