Our Raleigh office has an opening for a talented Interior Designer with 2 to 4 years experience. Candidate must have strong design skills, the ability to follow instructions for required tasks, and excel in working with project teams to complete projects in various stages of design. Revit proficiency is mandatory.

Day to Day Responsibilities ? Prepare interior design construction drawings, renderings, and development of plans ? Programming, concept design, space planning, technical detailing, furnishing layouts, and finish specifications ? Ability to execute all phases from concept design to construction administration ? Assist with client and consultant communications ? Assist in the selection and specification of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and art ? Consult with vendors, research, and propose FF&E materials and products ? Coordinate materials and drawings for presentations ? Research code requirements ? Organize files, materials, and prepare presentations

What we look for ? Minimum two (2) years of professional experience ? Proficiency in Revit is required ? Knowledge of AutoCAD ? Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Sketchup ? Knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color, and materials ? Strong graphic and visualization skills ? Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills ? Ability to work well in a team environment ? Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited college or university mandatory ? Portfolio submission required
