Canadian High School Codes

[Pages:1]Canadian High School Codes

Secondary schools (high schools) in Canada do not need to go through the NCAA Eligibility Center review process to establish a list of core courses or obtain a high school code. They also do not have a College Board (CEEB) code.

Each province in Canada has its own Ministry of Education provincial list, which is maintained by the NCAA Eligibility Center's academic certification staff. These provinces receive an NCAA Eligibility Center code. Individual Canadian high schools do not have their own lists of NCAA core courses. The NCAA Eligibility center uses the provincial lists to certify courses for college-bound student-athletes from Canada.

Below is the list of provincial codes: ? 998001 Quebec ? 998002 Saskatchewan ? 998003 Ontario ? 998004 Alberta ? 998005 British Columbia ? 998006 Manitoba ? 998007 Newfoundland & Labrador ? 998008 Prince Edward Island ? 998009 Nova Scotia ? 998010 New Brunswick ? 998011 Yukon Territory ? 998012 Northwest Territories ? 998013 Nunavut
