Timing of the Academic Year 2020/21 (5th August 2020)Please note, that due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation we issue new rules regarding enrollment in order to provide equal opportunities for all of our students.Winter-term 2020/21Registration / Orientation for the 1st international, English-language class: on Wednesday, 2nd September, 12.00 (at noon) on campus in person. The Orientation day presentation will be streamed online for those who can not be here in person at registration due to the Covid-19 situation. For them the process of registration can be arranged online: we will need the registration form, proof of payment and other expected documents via email (signed, scanned, emailed) by 1st September 2020 then we need to receive the originals by post or in hard copy by 30th September 2020.Registration to higher semesters (regarding the COVID-19 situation exclusively online and not in person at the Students’ Secretariat!) later than 17th September (Thursday) with a surcharge of EUR 100/week only, but latest by 30th September (Wednesday); for the inactive status by 17th September (Thursday). Indicated deadlines are NOT for starting payments, NOT for the arrival of your tuition fee at the bank - but for the registration at the Student’s Secretariat at campus. Please note: without being registered you are not entitled to attend classes and/or practicals. More than four weeks of absence in a term results in an automatic exclusion from the semester.Deadline for withdrawal with (partial) tuition-refund: 30th September 2020.Students other than Freshmen are asked to send the registration form, the payment certificate (downloaded from Neptun), a copy of the residence permit / registration card issued by the Immigration Office (due to the Covid-19 situation, the residence permit / registration card can be submitted latest prior to register for the spring-term) by email . The study record book (“black book”) can be submitted in person or dropped to our letter box.
