EMERGENCY SCHOOL CLOSING In the event that Monroe Township Schools are closed due to emergency conditions, radio and T.V. announcements will be made as follows:

DELAYED SCHOOL OPENING

If it appears that early morning weather conditions make it advisable to delay the opening of schools, all schools

will open two (2) hours later than usual; and all morning pupil transportation will be delayed for two (2) hours.

The time schedules are as follows:

The radio stations and T.V. listed above will announce delayed openings for the Monroe Township Schools.

SPECIAL NOTES: (1) If schools are closed, all extra-curricular activities are canceled. (2) In case of an early closing of Monroe Township Schools, the After-School Basic

Skills Program, TAG, and all sports/clubs are cancelled. (3) In case of a delayed opening of the Monroe Township Schools, lunches and milk will be provided as

usual. However, there may be changes in the lunch schedule and menu. (4) The radio stations and the Monroe Twp. Schools Transportation Office have requested that during

inclement weather, you please refrain from calling them for information as these calls tie up the lines making it difficult for authorities to communicate with them.

ADULT EDUCATION EVENING CLASSES When the Monroe Township Schools have been closed during the day, the adult evening school will also be canceled. If inclement weather develops late in the day, please listen to (WCTC 1450 AM) between 3:00 - 7:00 PM BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE (Falcon Care) When school is closed due to inclement weather, Falcon Care is closed. Delayed Opening - AM Falcon Care is delayed for two hours. Emergency Early Dismissal ? PM Falcon Care is cancelled.
