Welcome to the IBM Software Executive Briefing Center ? Research Triangle Park. To facilitate your stay in the RTP area, we've compiled this reference guide providing directions, local accommodations and points of interest. Also included in the document, is important information regarding the day of the briefing. Please note that the Raleigh ? Durham International Airport is the closest airport to IBM RTP site. IBM Sales Teams and their customers may make travel reservations to attend the briefing by calling the locally approved IBM travel agency.

arrival The briefing will be conducted at the IBM Software Executive Briefing Center ? Research Triangle Park located at 3039 Cornwallis Road, Research Triangle Park, North Carolina 27709. To contact the EBC on the day of the briefing, please call (919) 254-1755. If you are using Google Maps use the address 1 Davis Drive Durham, NC 27709 to direct you to the correct entrance into the IBM RTP Main Campus. This entrance is at the intersection of Davis Drive and Cornwallis Road. The map web sites will not provide directions to the briefing center. Use the following directions to reach the correct building and lobby for the RTP Software Executive Briefing Center. You will enter the IBM Main Campus through the entrance at the intersection of Davis Drive and Cornwallis Drive. If you stopped at the entrance gates inform the security guard you are attending a customer briefing at the Software Executive Briefing Center located in B002. Follow the signs directing you to "Executive Briefing Centers" and the B002 Visitor's Lobby. Visitor parking is provided just past the lobby entrance on your left (parking lot B). The entrance to the visitor parking is gated. Press the intercom button and state you are attending a customer briefing at the Software Executive Briefing Center. Enter the B002 Visitor's Lobby and check in at the main desk. You will be met in the lobby by the Software Executive Briefing Center staff.

dress code Dress for the briefing is business casual. All presenters will be dressed in business casual, and we invite you to do the same. Please advise the briefing manager in advance if there is a need for formal business attire.

From the Airport ? or I 40 West

Exit the Airport and follow signs toward I-40 West. Continue on I-40 West, exiting onto Davis Drive (Exit #280). Bear right onto Davis Drive.

From I 40 East

I-40 East, exiting onto Davis Drive (Exit #280). Bear right onto Davis Drive.

Entering the IBM RTP Main Site

Go through the traffic light at the intersection of Davis Drive & Cornwallis Drive onto IBM Property. All IBMers may be asked to show their badge. Guests not being escorted by an IBMer may be asked to register with security at the entrance gate. They should identify themselves as a visitor to the RTP Software Executive Briefing Center. Follow IBM signs for "Executive Briefing Centers", Building 002 Main Lobby, turning right at the first STOP sign. Go past the lobby entrance and park in the Visitor Parking Lot. An intercom is on your left at the entrance gate. Enter Building 002 Visitor's Lobby, check in at the main desk, and you will be met by the Software Executive Briefing Center staff.
