Enter into a Disaster/Mutual Aid Agreement commencing on July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022 to provide Signature Healthcare of North Florida with emergency resources, as needed, during a disaster to minimize suffering, loss of life, injury, or property damage.

The Jackson County School Board agrees to assist, to the best of its ability, in supplying transportation services to be rendered in evacuation, sheltering, and housing of patients for the Signature Healthcare of North Florida.

The Jackson County School Board will make the terms and conditions of this agreement known to all those who might have to respond to assure that such services are available at all times.

The School Board reserves the right to serve our school population first, should the need occur.

Either party may cancel this agreement by giving a 30-day written notice.
