CROSS COUNTRY MEETING: All athletes who are interested in running Cross Country next fall should attend an informational meeting on Monday, May 16, at 2:30 p.m. in Room 336. We will also be discussing the summer running program.
LOCKER CLEANOUT:On Monday, May 16, students will clean out their lockers during Advisory. Anything left in lockers after school on Friday, May 20, will be donated to charity. Please be sure to take everything out of your locker before your last day at school!
AP SCIENCE STUDENTS: Any students taking AP Science classes next year need to check the Advanced Placement web page for their summer assignments and information about buying books for classes. They will not be receiving this in paper form.
ELEVATOR KEYS: Students who have checked out elevator keys need to return them before they leave for the summer. Please see Ms. Lynn in the Main Office to return your key and get your $10 deposit back!
SECOND SEMESTER GRADESwill be available on Infinite Campus on Friday, May 27. To view or print a second semester report card, go to "Reports" in your Campus Portal Account. Parents who still need to set up a Portal account can either come to the Main Office and present a photo ID or email Heidi Dudley at hdudley@lps.k12.co.us.
ATTENTION HOCKEY PLAYERS: There will be a parent and player meeting for anyone interested in playing hockey on Wednesday, May 18, at 6:00 p.m. at the BOARDROOM Steakhouse, 51 West Dry Creek Court, Littleton, Colorado, 80120. This meeting is for new players and parents or anyone who wants to learn more about Heritage Hockey. Topics that will be covered:
Heritage Hockey ? everything you always wanted to know High School Hockey... whats up with that Summer Hockey Options - lessons, conditioning, skills, leadership camp Qualities - what we look for Expectations ? for players, parents, fans and everyone else Player development The coaching staff and coaching philosophy There are changes to the fundraising approach this year, so returning players and parents can come to the meeting to learn how to get some of your hockey paid for before school starts in the Fall!
SENIOR WALL IDEAS: Attention Class of 2017, please submit your senior wall designs to Mrs. Schrader or Mrs. Hurley by Friday, May 20, at 3:00 p.m. The designs can be digitally sent through email or by hard copy to the Main Office. The sponsors, with the help of the StuGo Advisory, will make a final decision on the design and let the winner know in early June.
SUMMER JOBS POSTINGS:Are you looking for a job? Come check out the JOBS BOARD outside Room 123B and the Post Grad Office. There are so many different kinds of jobs to choose from - such as IKEA, Wal-Mart, South Suburban, Top Golf, King Soopers and many more! THEATRE ANNOUNCEMENT:Heritage Graduate Brock Ciarlelli,who is now a television star on the long running seriesThe Middle (on ABC), will be a special guest here at Heritage onMonday,May 16. Brock, who plays the role of Brad (Sue's best friend and former boyfriend), will be teaching Acting Workshops in the Theatre periods 2, 3, 5 and 6.He will then be around after schoolas we hold an interview with him at 2:30 p.m. in the Second Floor Lecture Hall. Yes, even your Moms can come meet him! He will answer any questions you may have and/or sign autographs, too. If you have period 2, 3, 5 or 6 off and would like to observe Brock teach one of those classes then you are welcome to do so. SO...see Brock Ciarlelli! Come after school or during the aforementioned classes on Monday and be in the presence of this talented, humble, giving, professional artist!
PRELIMINARY 2016-2017 SCHEDULES:Schedules may be accessed through an Infinite Campus "Test Site" beginning Monday, May 16, at 12:00 p.m. The "Test Site" can be accessed through a special link located on the HHS web page (see below). Preliminary schedules are a snapshot of classes for which students registered and should be considered initial drafts that are subject to change. Teacher names and room assignments will not appear on schedules at this time. Students who would like to request a level change, who have been double booked in a particular hour or are missing a graduation requirement, may submit schedule change requests via the Schedule Change Request Google doc form on the HHS web page (see below). These are the only changes that will be considered at this time. Please note that any changes that are made to preliminary student schedules between May 16 and August 12 will not be reflected in Infinite Campus until official schedules go live on August 12, 2016.

Go to the HHS web page ? click on "Daily Announcements" ? click on the "Test Site" link embedded in the announcement regarding student schedules.
Preliminary schedules will only be accessible through this test site from 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 16, to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 27.
Official schedules will be available to students and parents Friday, August 12.
Access Schedule Change Request Google doc form ?
Go to the HHS web page ? click on "Daily Announcements" ? click on the schedule change link embedded in the announcement regarding student schedules.
The Schedule Change Request Google doc form will only be accessible through the link on the HHS web page from 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 16, until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 27.
The Schedule Change Request Google doc form will available to students again when official student schedules are released on Friday, August 12.
If you have problems logging into the test site using your Campus Portal login, please contact Mrs. Dudley (hdudley@lps.k12.co.us) or Mr. Keena (kkeena@lps.k12.co.us) in the Heritage IT office, or click on the Help button on the Campus Portal login screen and use your Account Manager to send yourself a password reset email.
