Exhibit I. (Pages 2 – 3)

Judge Jerry Bowles lied on the Order Entered January 18, 2002, when he stated that Arthur Samuels, Attorney was in Court to represent Connie Marshall. Ms. Marshall has a voice mail message from Arthur Samuels stating that he was not there. This means after waiting six months to go to court, which turned out to be a Notice Motion Hour, Ms. Marshall had no representation. Ms. Marshall later found out that Notice Motion Hours are held every week and also Ms. Marshall found out that Arthur Samuels use to work for the stated.

Exhibit II. (Page 4)

Narration of tape of Arthur Samuels stating that he was not in court, therefore Judge Bowles lied on his Order.

Exhibit III. (Page 5 - 6)

Judge Bowles should not have been handling cases regarding children, as he had alcohol problems.

Exhibit IV. (Pages 7 - 10)

At a later date I tried to view my case to allow me to file pleadings, motions, etc. and was told that my case 01-FC-05084, which I filed, it was not the children’s case, was sealed by Judge Jerry Bowles. In other words, I was not allowed to see my own case, therefore how could I file anything in it. I stood at the clerks counter at wrote entries stating that I was not allowed to see my cases and ask that they be put in my case.

Arthur Samuels, Attorney left a voice mail message the day after, we were supposed to be in court, as I could not locate him by telephone and he did not call me the day of court. Arthur’s voice mail stated,

“Connie I went over to see Judge Bowles early before the Notice Motion Hour, I would have been there but I had to be in Federal Court. Judge Bowles said for me not to bother with coming back because he was going to rule for the cabinet. Well that’s it, he said he would have his Order out later this week.”

After Arthur left this message he resigned from the case.

I was at court that day and I arrived 15 minutes early, but was told by the Sheriff that the case had already been heard. I was then told to go in court and talk to Judge Jerry Bowles. As soon as I walked in he looked up and told the clerks to tell me to leave. Therefore Judge Bowles lied on his order, Arthur Samuels was not there and I was not there, and there was no representation for me regarding my grandchildren.
