Bismarck High School senior Logan Schaubert has a goal of being a journalist and took his first step as a sports journalist and made his own UNC fan page on Instagram, heelsreport, where he posts highlights and updates. The page has 17,000 followers making it one of the largest of its kind. Congratulations Logan!!!

? Wilfried Tanefeu is the Tribune's Teen of the Week, sponsored by MDU Resources. Bismarck High School senior Wilfried arrived in US from Cameroon only five years ago. When he came to the US he didn't know what wrestling was. Now, he's a national title-holder. He won the 2019 USMC Cadet and Junior National Championship in the 113 pounds freestyle division. But he also excels off the mat, and it's his dedication and work ethic that sets him apart. Congratulations Wilfried!!!

Spanish IV students at Bismarck High School completed the fourth and final section of the Assessment of Performance toward Proficiency in Languages (AAPPL) in pursuit of the North Dakota Seal of Biliteracy. We would like to congratulate all of those who made the effort. A special congratulations to Wesley Kostelecky who will be awarded the Silver Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish. We are proud of you Wesley! The Seal of Biliteracy takes the form of a seal that is placed on the diploma of the graduating senior and is a statement of accomplishment for future employers and for college admissions.
