Gino is the son of Henry, a fireman, and Toni Mortillaro, a tumbling coach. He has a younger sister, Maci, who also tumbles (level 10). Mortillaro's favorite school subject is math and his favorite book is The Shining by Stephen King. He likes all types of music and his favorite band is the Dave Matthews Band. Gino's favorite actress is Jennifer Aniston, his favorite movie is Not Another Teen Movie, and he enjoys watching the TV show Friends. Gino's goal is to go to the World Championships in tumbling. He would also like to see tumbling in the Olympics. He admires anyone who gives it their all and tries their best against all odds. Mortillaro plans on studying psychology in college and eventually wants to become a psychiatrist.
