SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKERS

Mark Riccobono, Executive Director of the NFB Jernigan Institute, Baltimore, MD, will be our special guest. With experience as Director of the Wisconsin Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired and Director of Education at the Jernigan Institute, Mark has a track record of innovative thinking regarding the education of blind/VI children. Blind himself, Mark will share his wisdom and ideas for raising and educating our blind/VI children. Mark is married to Melissa, an elementary school guidance counselor and brand new mom, who also happens to be blind and who will be joining us for the day. We will also hear from Dep. Commissioner Jim Smith of the NJ Dept. of Human Services. Our guests are all strong advocates for greater opportunities for blind children.

PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN
