Project L/EARN The summer program is an intensive ten-week internship opportunity for qualified students who would like to obtain research skills and "hands-on" experience in health services research under the guidance of a distinguished faculty mentor. Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Participants will have the opportunity to shadow clinical faculty members at the medical facilities in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Distinguished faculty from a variety of specialties will host students. Students will be paired with faculty in specialties representing students' interests. Princeton HealthCare System's Pre-Health Professional Volunteer Program will provide opportunities for undergraduate students to explore the health sciences field before making applications to medical school or other professional graduate programs. 2019 U Massachusetts Medical School Combined Summer Undergraduate Research Opportunity is a non-credit, ten-week, structured research experience sponsored by UMMS Office of Outreach Programs. The program consists of "hands-on" laboratory research with an investigator serving as a mentor, role model and advisor. For more information and an application, visit:

Overlook Hospital, Summit, New Jersey Summer Internship All materials must be submitted by February 1, 2019 to be considered. Skype interviews will take place in February 2019. Children's Hospital of Philadelphia summer research opportunities

Paid summer internships (non-clinical and project-based learning) with

Newton Hospital During the program, you will shadow these professionals in one-day rotations to see what life is like in each particular field. Rotations include experience in the operating room, emergency department, hospital floors, physician offices or meetings. You will have the opportunity to interact on a personal basis with the health care professionals. Each day, Monday through Friday, begins with a onehour discussion led by a professional who will discuss his or her field. Cooper Medical School of Rowan University PULSE (Premedical Urban Leaders Summer Enrichment) Six week summer academic enrichment program (June 3-July 12, 2019) for undergraduate students interested in pursuing a healthcare profession.
