|ROLE PURPOSE: |

|This new role is a development opportunity for a recent graduate to build their Recruitment knowledge and experience, and develop their |

|career within HR. The post holder will provide administrative support to the London based recruitment team and support continuous |

|improvement projects. |

| |

|As this is an internship, there will be a strong learning and development dimension to the role. The line manager will work with the intern |

|to identify development needs, objectives and a learning plan. |

|SCOPE OF ROLE: |

|Reports to: Recruiter |

|Staff reporting to this post: none |

|KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: |

| |

|Support with the internal job advertising processes |

|Schedule interviews (including facilitating travel, hotel and meeting room bookings), meet and greet candidates, and coordinate assessments |

|Manage the recruitment team’s shared mailboxes, answering recruitment queries in liaison with members of the team |

|Issue offer letters and contracts, and ensure shared trackers are kept up to date to ensure successful on-boarding |

|Issue reference requests; crosscheck, file and distribute. Maintain a tracker and weekly status reporting |

|Collate and file interview notes |

|Support the tracking of Recruitment metrics, pulling together and recording the data for the team |

|Become a super user of our Application Tracking System, Taleo |

|Other projects as defined by either the Recruiter or Global Head of Recruitment |

|QUALIFICATIONS |

|Bachelors degree, ideally in Human Resource Management |

|EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS |

|Some office administration and/or HR/Recruitment experience (this may include short-term work experience positions). |

|Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office with particular strengths in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. |

|Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy, changing environment. |

|Proactive approach: highlights challenges and offers appropriate solutions. |

|Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail. |

|Good written and oral communication skills, fluent in English. |

|Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people at all levels, across different cultures and to act with discretion, tact and|

|diplomacy. |
