Cashman Landscape Management & Design is a well-established landscape company seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual who can handle the daily operations and events of the landscape construction industry.

This candidate must possess the necessary skills in order handle both small and large construction projects. Candidate will be responsible for supervising and providing leadership for crews of 3 to 4 members. This individual must be self-motivated and be able to accept accountability for his actions, as well as the actions of his crew. Candidate should have experience in grading, planting, drainage, low voltage lighting and various masonry, along with experience operating Bobcat Loaders, Mini Excavators and other miscellaneous landscape equipment.

Additional job requirements include, but are not limited to:

? Valid Driver's License. ? An open mind and a sense of awareness, especially towards safety. ? 5+ years of experience in General and or Landscape Construction with at least 3 of those years

as a foreman. ? Experience supervising construction crews. ? Ability to read and interpret written project documents and architectural landscape plans. ? Managing construction schedules. ? Possess strong leadership skills to motivate crew members. ? Possess strong communication skills within your respective crew and managers. ? Possess problem solving skills. ? Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a strong positive. ? Local plant knowledge. ? An awareness and understanding of Snow removal techniques.
