The Head’s Span of Control is the SLT
This includes Nicholson, McNair, Whitton, Jones & Popey
Authority is Delegated to the faculty heads
Sully’s Business Line Manager my progress he dreads
Responsibility for GCSE has seen Payne Empowered
As key stage 4 coordinator my career has flowered
Up the Chain of Command I must now surely progress
Although I fear that my lessons require greater finesse
