In the past few years, we have been able to reimburse between 23% and 33% of the claim submitted.There are many claims to verify and process; please allow from eight to fifteen weeks from deadline for processing.Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in delays and/or claim not being considered for reimbursement.CSSE may adjust any claim to conform to these guidelines. ................
