3. There were 2 letter ballots following the May 2019 meeting (TGay and TGba) and both of them passed.

4. Timeline chart: The secretary requested that all sub-groups check their timeline chart dates to ensure accuracy.

5. Editor’s Meeting: This occurs at 7am on Tuesday morning.

6. ARC: Please note the new topics (TGbc, TGbe) that will be covered within ARC this week.

7. Co-ex: This week is a little different, as there is a co-existence workshop on Wednesday afternoon and then the Co-ex SC meeting will occur on Thursday AM, to review what was discussed in that co-existence workshop.

8. PAR SC: This Standing Committee (SC) will formalize the review of PARs from other IEEE 802 working groups. There are 8 PARs to consider this week and these are summarized in:

1.

9. WNG: There are 2 presentations this week on Tuesday morning to consider “Wi-Fi sensing” topics for IEEE 802.11:

1.

2.

10. TGmd: Comment resolution will continue this week. It’s unlikely that the group will be able to compete all of them this week, so it’s likely that the next letter ballot will be after the September 2019 meeting.

11. TGax: The work this week will continue work on comment resolutions from the previous letter ballot.

12. TGay: Draft 4.0 passed its letter ballot (98%) and the work this week will be to start working on the received comments.

8. Comment Resolution Resources (11-19-0997r1 slide #20)

1. Chair: This is a reminder of the resources that are available for comment resolution. The documents are full of advice and guidance collected over several years. The goal is that every comment is considered, and a resolution is determined. This is required by RevCom and various other committees.

9. Co-existance Workshop

1. This will occur on Wednesday and the agenda is available here:

2.

3. This page also includes all the presentations.

4. Registration is now closed and indeed all available spaces are now full.

5. A: Yes, and indeed 3GPP is considering NR-lite as a possibly solution for this community.

6. Chair: I would like to thank Balazs Bertenyi (Chairman of 3GPP RAN) for taking the time to make this presentation today.

21. Annex G (11-19-1309r0)

1. Presentation about IEEE 802.11 Annex G

2. C: Annex G has an attribute table. It’s not very useful for some aspects for 11ac. As it’s described already in the main body, perhaps it’s not required in Annex G.

3. Annex G is full of “Ack” and “Block-Ack” terms. These are not well defined and have become divergent from the current 11ax work.

4. C: I’m also concerned about consistency and I feel that any term defined twice is going to lead to problems. So, perhaps Annex G should be removed and any references in the main body should be updated.

5. C: I also agree that Annex G is not maintainable; however removing it is not so simple, as there are some normative references to it within the main body.

6. Chair: Work is required to either maintain or delete this clause. If you have opinions as to where this should be done, please come and talk to me. At the moment, I would like to assign this to the ARC SC. I’d like to consider this again during the Friday closing plenary.
