This compilation of articles from the International Journal of Mass Emergencies and Disasters (IJMED) has been scanned and converted into pdf format by Kailash Gupta, doctoral student, under the supervision of Drs. Arthur Oyola-Yemaiel, Director, and Jennifer Wilson, Co-Director, Emergency Management Program, North Dakota State University (NDSU).
