This book lists the providers who were in Blue Network PSM at the time the book was published. A provider's status may change at any time. This list is as correct as possible at the time of publication. Please keep in mind that you won't be able to change your enrollment mid-year if there are changes to your network. To make sure a doctor or facility is in Blue Network P:

> Call us at 1-800-558-6213. > Go to members/TN_state. Log in with your username

and password. Select Find Care, then click Find a Doctor. Search for your provider by specialty, name or procedure, or browse providers by category. ? You can create an online personalized directory by scrolling to the

bottom of the page and clicking Share. Then, type in your email and click Send Email. Your directory will be emailed to you. You can also copy the directory link by clicking Copy Link. > Download the BCBSTNSM app on your smartphone from the Apple? App Store or Google Play?, then enter the information from your BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Member ID card.

If you receive a bill from a provider for emergency services or services from an out-of-network provider that you received at an in-network hospital, call customer service. Be prepared to provide a copy of the provider bill you received, and ask for a review of your claim to see if the provider is owed additional payment.
