- eqpd with bow thrusters
- preferably have two bow anchors plus one aft anchor
- preferably equipped for both bow and stern loading / unloading
- not to be equipped for passenger carriage but must have at least 1000 NM
range with accommodation for crew
- the deck carrying capacity to be abt 10 tons /sq.m
- ramp to be strengthened to carry at least 45 tons load with at least 18
