Essential Job Functions:
? Develop and Maintain Client Base ? Analyze Investment Opportunities and Client Needs, and Recommend Appropriate Strategies ? Market and Sell Appropriate Investment Products ? Prepare and Deliver Presentations to Clients and Prospective Clients ? Attend Meetings and Continuing Education Sessions ? Comply with All Industry Rules and Regulations ? All Other Task Assigned
Education/Knowledge & Skills:
? Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience ? Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills ? Must be Highly Motivated ? Ability to Work Well Under Pressure with Multiple Priorities and Deadlines ? Possess Leadership Qualities and an Entrepreneurial Spirit ? Must Have a Strong Work Ethic ? Must be Able to Obtain Required Licenses(*)
(*)Required Licenses- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials(**), FINRA Series 7(**), FINRA Series 66(**), State Life, Accident & Health, Variable Contracts, State Property & Casualty. (**)The FINRA Securities Industry Essentials(**), HFSI will sponsor and pay for all required licensing on a loan basis. The loan will be forgiven after one year of full time employment. Hours accumulated in an internship will not be counted toward the full time requirement.
