We work closely with our clients to create lasting environmental and social impact through a market-based approach and have a strong track record in impact investing. We are currently (co) manager / investment advisor of three debt impact investment initiatives.

For the Good Fashion Fund () which was recently established, we are now looking to expand the team with a Junior Investment Manager.

Role and Activities

(Junior) investment manager for the Good Fashion Fund with a mission to contribute to the adaptation of sustainable production and circular economy manufacturing initiatives in Asia.

The (Junior) Investment Manager is expected to source investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, manage a portfolio of investees (including analysis and monitoring of E&S performance) and to build and maintain relationships with relevant external service providers.

Specific tasks and responsibilities:

? Source and develop investment opportunities that fit with the strategy of the fund through active relationship management with existing and new partners

? Co-ordinate and take responsibility of the investment process, from analysis (including preparation of financial models), negotiation, execution and portfolio management

? Preparation & maintenance of investment approval documents for the perusal of the fund's Investment Committee

? Maintain periodic portfolio performance assessment and provide input for quarterly investor reports

? Liaising with external parties such as due diligence partners, legal counsel, E&S advisors and auditors

? Travel to focus countries in Asia; attendance of relevant seminars and gatherings ? Support management team in fund-related preparation & maintenance of materials for the

sake of investment acquisition, fundraising or reports for the governance bodies of the fund

Background and Profile:

? Up to 5 years of experience in a commercial or development bank, impact finance institution, strategy consulting, investment banking or private equity firm. Emerging markets experience highly preferred.

? Academic degree, preferably a Masters in Finance, Business, or Engineering ? Experience with investment proposals and creating financial models in an asset finance or

M&A and PE context ? Proven experience in executing investments in asset finance in international markets ? Fluent in English, cross-cultural sensitivity, self-starting entrepreneurial work attitude and

willingness to travel outside of Europe on a regular basis ? Hands-on, flexible and capable of working pro-actively in a small team
